Over the next 12 months, We hope the co-operative and mutual movement in Australia will continue to raise its profile as a credible, future-facing alternative to traditional business structures — one where shared ownership, democratic governance, and collective prosperity aren’t just ideals, but daily practice.

At ATAC, our model proves that profitability and independence can go hand in hand. We’re proud to share over 70% of our income directly with members, return real value through override payments, and support the success of 100% independently owned agencies. This year, we’ll continue to advocate for our members, amplify their voices, and lead by example — showing that when we work together, we go further.
