The ATAS Advisory Committee recently held its second meeting since its inception in November 2023, with the latest gathering taking place in March 2024. The committee is chaired by David Walker and co-chaired by Scott Darlow, comprising volunteer members including Deb Fox, Ken Morgan, Steve Hui, Gina Norman, Chad Carey, Brett Mitchell, Brett Dann, and Lauren Gray. Key ATIA figures such as Director David Smith, CEO Dean Long, and Compliance Manager Nina Hedges were also present.
The primary focus of this recent meeting was to enhance the ATAS 3 Stage Complaints Process. The committee engaged in in-depth discussions on how to make this process more effective, aiming to provide a valuable resource for ATAS participants by saving them resources and costs, while also offering consumers a cost-free and efficient way to have their concerns addressed.
